Porterville College Community Education

Community Education Courses at Porterville College are designed to meet the needs of the community. These are non-credit classes offered in addition to the college's academic program. These courses are designed to provide learning and enjoyment in a friendly, worry-free environment. These courses include vocational skills, professional development or exposure to new recreational enjoyments.

We strive to create and offer a variety of exciting courses that are of interest to the community we serve. Community Education Courses are not funded by taxpayers’ dollars. All registration fees and costs associated with the courses vary from course to course.

  • If you are interested in developing and teaching a Community Education Course, please complete the Proposal Form.
  • If you are interested in registering for a course listed, please complete the Registration Form.
  • If you are an employer who is interested in a customized training for your employees or if you prefer a class that is not listed, please complete the Class Request Form.
