Other than books, what does the library have that will help me in school?

The library also provides magazines, journals, newspapers, DVDs, CDs, videos, online access to databases, computers for information research, internet use, copiers, printer, and viewing stations.

What are the hours when the library is open?

The library is open 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday Thursday, and 8:00 a.m. toll noon on Fridays.

Is the library open on Saturdays?

No.

Do I have to be enrolled in order to use the library?

Although anyone can visit the library to read the books, periodicals, etc., book and equipment checkout, copier use, special services of the library, etc. are for enrolled students only.

How do I get a password in order to check out books?

Stop by the library and speak with one of the library staff members. They will verify your enrollment and issue you a password.

I'm having trouble in a class, where can I go to get a tutor?

Tutors are available in the Tutorial Center that is located in the Learning Resource Center building.

What are the hours of the tutoring center?

9:00 a.m. 8:00 p.m., Monday Thursday, and 8:00 a.m. till noon on Fridays.

Is there a cost for tutoring services?

No.

How are tutors qualified to do tutoring?

Tutors are referred by their instructors, and only the most qualified or outstanding students from their classes are recommended to be tutors.

What are EBooks and how do I use them?

Ebooks (Netlibrary) provides online access to over 22,000 full textbooks from libraries and centers from throughout the world.
